Around the Auditorium
The Auditorium and area around it.
Walking up towards the Auditorium, from the main road, things started to look very familiar. The Auditorium straight ahead, Sagert’s house to the
right, and the field to the left. I remember that the basketball court was used every week. It looked like the basketball hoops are no longer there. As
we walked further up the hill, good old library came into view as well. So that building is still there.
Walking over the field towards High School..
Walking over the field I immediately noticed that Ottaviano’s house is no
longer there. As you probably can tell from this birds eye view, things have
changed a lot where Yarina Cocha School had its premises. Elementary,
Kindergarten and Preschool; I did not recogninze any of that area. Many
buildings have been torn down to give way to new facilities.
